The Australis Barra kayak is a general purpose kayak suitable for use by people who have never
paddled before.
Small enough to be easily paddled by an 8 year old child, but with enough room
to take a large adult.
The Australis Barra is very stable, with a large cockpit and lots of leg room. It's extra width makes it very stable and therefore a popular choice for creek fishing. We can fit rod holders, hatches, paddle clips etc. to suit.
It is the perfect kayak for floating along on flat water or for people who
would like to have a go at low grade white water kayaking. The Barra is an improvement on the earlier model, the Australis Bass and now boasts a small keel for better tracking.

The Australis Funyak hull is very wide providing exceptional stability, incorporating a little rocker in the hull design to ensure ease of turning. The hull also incorporates a small keel running a majority of the hull length to ensure straight line tracking when underway.
Simply the perfect kayak for smaller paddlers up to a maximum of 80kg.
The Funyak has the standard Australis seat with an angle adjustable backrest providing support for smaller paddlers. paddling experience much more comfortable.

The Bass 2-Up kayak from Australis is a general purpose kayak, suitable for use by 1 or 2 adults, on flat
water.
Not as sleek and fast as the Drifter II, and doesn't track quite as well, but equally as stable.
The rear seat is permanently affixed, whilst the front seat can be moved to a
middle position. This makes it easier for an adult to use the 2-Up on their
own, or to be able to take 2 children at once.
At 26 kg, the Australis Bass II can be lifted onto a car by one person.

The Australis Gecko is an excellent "day tripper", although the 2 sealed
storage compartments provide room to store camping gear for 1 or 2 nights out
and about. The bow of the Gecko is shaped so as to cut and lift above oncoming
swell, whilst deflecting water away from the boat, so that the paddler remains
dry.
With it's basic design the Gecko is a great starting kayak for people who would like to try sea
