C-Kayak Australia uses the latest encryption technology to protect
your credit card information. You can place your orders by telephone
or over the counter. You also have the option to
pay by cheque, cash, eftpos or money order. Personal and Business Cheques will need to be cleared before products can be released.

Accessories
If you find that an item does not fit or perform the way that you expected it to perform then you may return it within 7 days for exchange for a similar item of similar price, provided that it is still in new and saleable condition. Any minor differences in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.
Kayaks
We stock only the highest quality kayaks and operate on a no returns, no refunds basis.
In the unlikely event of a manufacturing defect the manufacturer/dealer may offer to repair/replace the product.
Our sales and support staff are experienced, qualified paddlers and generally have a 99.9% success rate in recommending the most suitable kayak for you based on your requirements and budget, however, for peace of mind we may in some instances agree at the time of purchase that a kayak may be returned in exchange for a kayak of similar price in the event that the customer is not 100% happy with the suitability of the recommended kayak.
In these instances the following will apply:
- A return will only be permitted where this has been agreed in writing at the time of purchase.
- The kayak must be returned clean and unscratched within 7 days of purchase.
- The kayak may only be exchanged for another in stock kayak of a similar price. Any difference in price will be charged / refunded.
- As a general rule kayaks sold at discounted prices or on on special are not exchangeable.
- In some instances we may at our discretion allow for exceptions, however, in such instances any special deals applying to the initial purchase will not apply to the exchanged kayak. It will be treated as a complete new transaction.
- Replacement kayaks will be at full recommended retail price
(RRP). Any in-sock sales or specials at the time will not apply to the replacement kayak.
- Exchanges are only permitted Tuesday to Friday, not weekends.
- Under no circumstances will an exchange be permitted where the original kayak has had to be ordered in especially for the customer.
- Once an exchange has taken place no further exchange will be permitted.

If you require kayaks or accessories to be delivered to you then the following will apply:
Where the goods are delivered to you by our staff, using C-Kayak vehicles then we guarantee that the goods will be delivered in perfect condition.
In instances where we use a third party the following will apply:
We only make use of reputable freight companies. We will ensure that the goods are packaged suitably for transport and that they are packed carefully onto the collection vehicles. It is important however to understand that the goods may be transferred at various stages of the journey and, while our freight companies take every care not to damage the goods, there have been a few instances in the past of goods
being damaged in transit. In this instance it will be at your own risk.
Most accessories can be insured for an extra fee, however, due to their size, kayaks are not insured for damage, only for loss. Should you wish to have your accessories insured against damage this must be expressly requested by yourself prior to shipping.
